William Chapman, President

Mr. Chapman is President and Founder of Alexander Capital Markets LLC. Prior to ACM, Mr. Chapman served as Assistant Vice President of the Structured Products Group at First Union Securities, where he successfully managed a USD 15 billion portfolio of asset-backed subordinated and residual securities.

Previously, Mr. Chapman was a Sr. Financial Analyst with the Structuring & Valuation Group at Freddie Mac (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation), where he was in charge of underwriting the firms high risk REMIC (Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit) transactions.

Mr. Chapman holds an MS in Finance from The George Washington University in Washington DC and currently serves as president of the MSF Alumni Association for the university.

Miichael Arko, Assistant Vice President

Mr. Michael Arko, Assistant Vice President, performs extensive financial analysis and explores new investment opportunities for ACM, while also contributing critical administrative support.

Before joining ACM, Mr. Arko served as a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One Financial, where he evaluated market trends and developed sophisticated financial and statistical models for the low-risk segment of the consumer lending industry.

Mr. Arko began his career on Capitol Hill, evaluating international economic and financial market trends, first at the Senate Budget Committee and later at the Congressional Budget Office, prior to attending business school.

Mr. Arko holds an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University, where he graduated with honors, and he holds an MA in international relations from the George Washington University.
